Personally I think the arby is more of a PvP ship than an NPCing ship because of the lack of an above average tank, and the large ammount of med slots for EW. I'd go with the stabber simply because you don't have electronics 5 or good drone skill...

ECM doesn't count because it's overpowered and an I-Win button. I'd say you're right with the rupture, I've taken down a few thoraxes in a ruppie by kepping it webbed and using superior speed to my advantage. It takes a lot of doing though.
